Conferences and functions

The National Exhibition Centre's conference facilities can accommodate any number of delegates from ten to 10,000.

The purpose-designed conference centre is a sophisticated complex, structured to meet all the requirements of conference and function organisers. Included are provisions for parallel conference sessions, break-away rooms, registration and refreshment areas, catering facilities, audio-visual equipment and technical assistance.

Smaller conference facilities, Function Rooms 1 and 2, are situated in the member's clubhouse next to the Main Arena and can seat up to 130 delegates. A removable soundproof divider can be installed to divide each room into two sections.

The Auditorium, which seats 660 delegates, has permanent theatre-style seating on a circular sloped floor and is situated in the clubhouse complex. It has direct access to a restaurant, as well as a private foyer to facilitate registration and the serving of refreshments.
