During its five year existence the company has been very successful. At the moment there are 34 people working in the company, most of them highly educated. Besides economists, who are managing finances and foreign trade, there are ten people from the field of pharmacy, qualified pharmacists and two medical doctors.

Today Medifarm, covering the whole territory of Croatia, has offices and warehouses at the following locations:

• Varazdin, head office and wholesale warehouse (north Croatia);
• Zagreb, offices for marketing and registrations (central Croatia);
• Rijeka, office and wholesale warehouse (west Croatia);
• Osijek, office and wholesale warehouse (east Croatia).

The team of highly qualified people, our business premises, warehouses and our own transport, enables the company to carry out daily commitments regarding purchase and distribution of medicines.

The annual turnover of the company has been constantly increasing, and for the year 1995, it amounts to DM 20,000,000.

Medifarm is also the Croatian representative of the company MERCK, Darmstadt, Germany and the holder of consignment stock in Croatia of the company ELI LILLY EXPORT S.A., Switzerland.

The company offers full service to companies which intend to enter the Croatian market in the sense of registration of drugs, marketing activities, consignment stocks, investments and especially distribution of their products within Croatia.
