The Sun & Sand Holiday Resort is located on a 22 acre site on the Southern lakeshores of Lake Malawi, some 24 kilometres between Mangochi Town and Cape McClear. Some 240 beds are available in single, two and three bedroom chalet, bungalow and roundavel units. All rooms have en-suite facilities, the large units having two bedrooms and in many cases, lounges and kitchens for those who wish to self-cater. A self-contained conference hall provides up to 250 delegates with all the latest hi-tech facilities. The La Mirage à la carte restaurant and adjoining Belle Vue cocktail bar cater for the more demanding client.
