he Museu Nacional D'Art de Catalunya is located in the Palau Nacional of Montjuic.

On display is a Romanesque wall paintings section which is the most important ensemble of Romanesque art in the world.

Other collections will gradually be built up as of now. In summer of 1997 the Gothic Art section will be opened.
