The firm's main fields of engagement are business and corporate law, bankruptcy procedures, arbitration, real estate and contract law, and intellectual property law.

The firm has a broad-based practice with a reputation for offering a full range of quality legal services. It is qualified to represent clients before all courts and legal bodies in the Republic of Slovenia.

The firm has three lawyers and one assistant who work in close co-operation with other attorneys-at-law, namely Miran Moskotevc, Janez Kek and Anton Pregelj, and therefore cover a full spectrum of legal services.

Marina Ferfolja - Faculty of Law, Ljublana, 1993; University of the State of New York; Central European University, postgraduate in comparative constitutional law, 1994; admitted 1996. Areas of practice: constitutional law, business and corporate law, European community law.



Miran Moskotevc - Faculty of Law, Ljublana, 1984; admitted 1993. Areas of practice: real estate law, building and construction law, business law, arbitration.

Janez Kek - Faculty of Law, Ljublana, 1987; admitted 1995. Areas of practice: civil law, employment and social protection law, damages.
